Born and raised in Alsace, France, Virginie's love for food began at a young age as she baked in the early morning with her grandmother. Her passion for the art of pastry making eventually led her to the renowned French Pastry School in Chicago, where she refined her technique and deepened her appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and flavor.​

 

Now living in Los Angeles, Virginie is the founder of V Pâtisserie, dedicated to creating elegant pastries inspired by French technique and elevated with the finest ingredients. Each creation is thoughtfully crafted in small batches, with an unwavering commitment to quality, balance and exceptional taste.​

 

Known for her distinctive flavor pairings and meticulous attention to detail, Virginie believes that every dessert  should be as memorable as it is beautiful.
